Obtaining a Pre-Approval Letter is the First Step
|
In San Diego no home seller will take an offer seriously that does not have a Pre-Approval letter attached.
First we get you the letter, then we find you the home, then we find you the best loan.
It is a common misconception that the Buyer gets a letter from the Lender that will be providing the loan. The letter
is provided as a courtesy. In turn the loan officer expects you to offer him the opportunity to beat any deal you find.
Then you accept the best deal you can find.
Should you decide that you wish to take advantage of a Pre-Approval Letter, simply complete the attached
confidential application. I have a pool of Loan Officers that I can pull from to get you a letter with the highest
Pre-Approval amount possible without any cost or obligation.
